Since Macanamera thinks he's all high and mighty with his awesome steak and potatos, I decided to whip something together that's a tad bit fancier, because we're all competitive here right? Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast broiled in locally made olive oil with a side of seasoned and pan fried asparagus to be enjoyed with some Leinenkugel's Snowdrift Vanilla Porter. Be Jelly.

Sorry, but you just brought a knife to a gun fight.
Still looks good, though.

That's only because you haven't tasted this. It's easy to make a steak taste good... buy a good steak and don't fuck it up too badly.

Bro - pork wrapped chicken is so f'ing good!
It's my favorite combo. I think it's even better than pork wrapped beef or seafood

That's certainly true, and yours is certainly fancier and probably better for you.
Unfortunately, chicken is still chicken. If that was a duck breast in there, you'd be winning.

Where does pork wrapped pork land? I think we need an oppo ranking.
I'd say duck, pork, shellfish, beef, chicken then vegetables, in that order.

Defintely! Unseasoned chicken is just kind of meh, but when you use salty, thin, crispy after broiled pork as the seasoning... completely different story.

Haha pork wrapped pork is crazy!
I think poultry and shellfish are the best to wrap in pork because they don't taste like much on their own. Combine them and you have subtlety mixed with taste and salt if the pork is salted

Exactly! Chicken on its own is kind of meh. Wrap it in salty pork and it's divine! They compliment each other so well. It's like the big engine in a little car combination :)

Prosciutto, wrapped around pork loin is fabulous.
If we wanted to get crazy, I'd stuff the loin with herbs, breadcrumbs, and pancetta.

Crab leg meat wrapped in bacon?
This calls for an episode of "Oppo Labs"

The only way to decide is for me to eat both of them right now and render my decision. I'll be right over.
That's Engineering?
